This past weekend the 14th Annual NCGLFF was held at the Carolina Theatre in Durham. In years past, it has been a "hit or miss" when it came to the films being any good. However, this year, out of the 5 feature films & 1 film short, I would highly recommend 4 of the films and the short. The other film, had a very bad ending, and although I was enjoying it up until the last minute, it was one of those that just STOPS!.
The ones I liked were: 1) Make the Yuletide Gay; 2)Patrik 1.5; 3)Hollywood, J'taime; 4)Little Ashes The one I didn't care for was The Art of Being Straight. Had me going until BAM!...it just ended. I hate that.
Sorry for the lack of posts lately but I am doing alot of blogging/tweeting/facebook work at the office daily and the last thing I want to do on my own time is more of the same. I'll try to do better.
